This 36,000 Square foot Structural Steel Building with Split face Masonry infill included a laboratory, library, several classrooms and office space. The work included a concrete foundation, structural steel, masonry, metal studs, gypsum wall board, acoustical ceiling, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Extensive site work included clearing and grubbing 5 acres, moving approx. 29,000 cubic yards of soil, landscaping, parking lots and fenced outdoor lay down facilities.
